The recent Executive Orders regarding Section 232 duties on steel and aluminum removed the various country-specific exemptions, quotas, and product exclusions that had been in place going back to 2018. As a result, the 25% Section 232 duties will apply to all countries, with Russian steel and aluminum (or derivatives produced from Russian steel or aluminum) having a duty rate of 200%
